Raising awareness about Harassment

The Violet Organization and Women's Legal Assistance Organization (WOLA) collaborated to host a seminar for the volunteers of the Violet Organization. The seminar was held in the Violet Organization's office with the primary objective of raising awareness about girl harassment in the local community. The seminar covered various topics such as legal awareness, tension, harassment, and how to combat violence.
Distinguished speakers were invited to the seminar to share their knowledge and expertise with the volunteers. The keynote speakers for the event were Sociologist Mrs. Kanyaw Ibrahim and Lawyer Mrs. Peshang Muhammad. Both speakers provided valuable insights and information on the subject matter, which was received with great interest and enthusiasm by the attendees.
